THAT WORD ” KNOWLEDGE ” GOES FAR BEYOND JUST KNOWING.   IT IMPLIES ” ACKNOWLEDGING “.     THIS INVOLVES: KNOWING, BELIEVING AND DECLARING WHAT JESUS HAS DONE FOR US AND WHO WE ARE BY FAITH IN HIM.

Psa 78:11 WEB They forgot his doings, his wondrous deeds that he had shown them.

Psalms 78:11

Thursday, September 17, 2020

We must not forget God’s wonderful deeds. When going through a trial, it’s remembering ” with God nothing is IMPOSSIBLE “. Focusing on God’s love, power, faithfulness, His promises, what the sacrifice of Jesus accomplish for us. Believe, declare and they will get us through the trial.

Dear Jesus.  We look to you and not the problem.   Your words declares  Psa 34:19 KJV Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.    Thank you Jesus for being my Redeemer.   Amen.

IDOLATRY:TIEING GOD’S HANDS  9/17/20

Psa 78:58  For they provoked Him { GOD } to anger with their high places, and moved HIM to jealousy with their engraved images. v59 When God heard this, He was angry and greatly adhorred Israel; V60 So that HE forsook the tabernacle at Shiloh, the tent where HE dwelt among men.  v61 and delivered his strength into captivity, his glory into the adversary’s hand.

This is very hard to understand. My take on this is when we our in idolatry; God’s hands are tied. HE leaves us to ourselves since we have left Him as being our God and went after false gods. Most of the problems in the world today is a result of this. We ask ” where is God “? The fact is we left him. When we repent, He forgives and manifests His presence to us.

Dear Jesus. You are the way, the truth and the live.   We exhalt  you above all.  You alone are the Saviour of the world   Help us to always seek you for you came to give us abounded life. Amen.
Shalom2u.

Psa 90:2 KJV Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

We must always see God as God. The God who loves us, protects us, cares for us, watching over us, feeds us , blesses us. We can go on and on. Jesus put it best when He said that God is our Father. This is what we are called to believe and receive by faith. The ” just ” shall live by faith. Living by faith; knowing that God is our Father gives us peace. Thank you Jesus for revealing that God is our Father. Thank you for your peace. Amen

Psa 91:1 KJV He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

” IN CHRIST JESUS ”    is the secret place.

John 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
John 14:23Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
dwell: to make your home there, not just visit.
Heb 11:6 KJV But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

These verses explain what it means to ” abide ” in Christ Jesus.   Unfortunately we just come for an occasional visit and then go about our usual business.   It also talks about agreeing with Jesus.   This takes meditating on the word and the help of the Holy Spirit to rightly divide the world .  Remember we are in the New Covenant,  the covenant of grace and not law.  It is grace that helps us keep the law.

Dear Jesus.   I thank you that you never leave me or forsake me.  You abide in me.  May i always believe and declare who I am in you.   Thank you for putting me under the shadow of Almighty God where i am protected from all evil.   Glory be to God  Amen

I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Here we see that the Psalmist is speaking to himself: ” I will say “.  We can’t just keep in our hearts.   For it to become fulfilled it has to be spoken.   The bible is full of examples of this.   Here are some examples. Mat 9:21 KJV For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

Psa 23:1 KJV A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.   Throughout Psalm23 the Psalmist is saying, declaring who the Lord is to him .

He goes on declaring what his Good Shepherd does for him.   Again in Psa 103:1 KJV A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.   David is not just believing but praising and declaring all the Lord has done:  forgives,  heals, redeems, crowns, satisfies,  renewed  etc.  He goes on and on.   This is where we the church is coming up short.   We believe but for the most part not declaring and when we do speak we’re speaking what is instead of what the Lord has done.

We believe, we declare, and then the Holy Spirit quickens: makes it become.   We can’t be double minded.   Faith is saying and believing the promises of God, no matter what our flesh says.   These are promises of God.   We must know, believe and declare them.  We must be like Abraham: Rom 4:20-22 KJV 20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; 21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. 22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

Dear Jesus. When the storms of life come, help me to keep my heart on you and not the storm.   May I continue declare what you did for me by your sacrifice.  Amen     Shalom2u

Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

We see ” surely ” expresses faith not doubt or unbelief.   One of the main reasons Jesus came is to be our deliverer.   By His sacrifice on the cross,  He became King of kings and Lord of lord’s.   When we believe in Him,  we allow Him to deliver us.   The bible tells us:  1Co 1:30 KJV But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:   we are given wisdom to not fall into the snares of the devil.     Dear Jesus. Thank you for being all things for me.   Thank you for your deliverance and wisdom to escape the devil snares.   Amen     Shalom2u

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Eph 6:14. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

Eph 6:16. Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

The more we know the truth;  all that Jesus has done for us; the more we can be strong in the Lord.  We will be covered with the armor of God and equipped to defeat the enemy.      Dear Jesus:   In you we are protected.   In you,  we are more than conquerors.   Glory be to God.  Amen  Shalom2u

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

2Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

When we focus on Jesus and His promises to us; our faith will increase and our fears will go away.   It’s fighting the good fight of faith.   It’s not easy to be fearless in the middle of a storm.   Keep looking at Jesus and speak to the storm and it will subside.    Dear Jesus : you cometh the storm for the apostles and you do for me too.   Amen    Shalom2u

Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. 7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

A thousand fall, ten thousand fall.

Why not you?

Because we are in the secret place- IN CHRIST JESUS.    Always see and declare that you are ” in Christ Jesus “.  When you asked Jesus into your heart to save you:  you became ” born again “.   So now Jesus live in you: Gal 2:20 KJV I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.   This is what “Christian faith ” is all about.    Dear Jesus:  I thank you that I don’t have to live on my own but you living in me.   I give you all the praise, honor and glory for what you are doing in me.  Thank you for your protection and care.  Amen    Shalom2u

Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; 10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. 11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. 13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

Gal 3:13 KJV Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree.

Psa 103:20. Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

Heb 1:14Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

We are no longer under the curse of the law.   We been redeemed.  Psa 107:2 KJV Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;    Again it’s believing and declaring and then the power of God will fulfill the word spoken.   Here we also are told that the angels are minister spirits that harken to the word of God.   They are to help us defeat the enemy and bring forth the Kingdom of God.    Dear Jesus:   You have defeated the enemy.   You have brought the Kingdom of God down here on earth.   Your will is it to be on earth as it is in heaven.   I shall go forth and declare your will, your  authority with the sword of the Spirit and your  Kingdom will come.   Glory be to God!  Amen    Shalom2u

With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

HERE WE SEE AGAIN THAT GOD WANTS TO BLESS US WITH LONG LIFE. IT’S NOT GOD’ S WILL THAT WE DIE YOUNG. YOU CAN NOT FIND IT IN THE BIBLE.    Jesus says:

Joh 10:10 KJV The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  It’s the devil that is taking your fullness of life.  Resist him by putting on the whole armour of God and he will flee.  Believe and declare the will of God in your life.   Dear Jesus:   I  abide in you.   You are the source of life in me.  You are my wisdom,  righteousness,  satisfaction and redemption.  (  1Co 1:30 KJV But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:).  You are my source of abounded life; fullness of love,  joy and peace.   To God be the glory.   Amen      Shalom2u

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.

 Call: to cry out, proclaim

Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

THIS IS HOW JESUS LIVED AS THE SON OF MAN.  HE KNEW GOD WAS HIS FATHER AND THAT HE COULD CALL UPON HIS FATHER TO ANSWER HIM, DELIVER HIM, HONOR HIM.     When we have a relationship with Jesus,  we can be confident that our God will deliver us.

Dear Jesus:   thank you for making me a child of God.   God is my  Father also.   The Father sees  me as He sees you.

1Jn 4:17 KJV Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.    Therefore the Father will hear me when I cry and deliver me.  Glory be to God.   Amen    Shalom2u

Jesus says:

Psa 95:10 KJV Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:

We are told that God made us to know, love and serve Him. Knowing God has to come first and yet it is a continual process. We learn that there is only 1 God but 3 Divine persons. Knowing God is believing that He is divine.
Isa 55:9 KJV For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Here we see that His ways are far above our ways. The more we know God , the more we can see and believe. We have to get it from our natural mind into our soul. Then we can start believing in His ways. It grieves God when we don’t believe in Him.   It’s like a natural father knows that his children love him but they don’t always believe in him: that he knows what is best for them.   They don’t trust him to be able to help them.   This is true of natural fathers,  but we are taking about our heavenly Father in whom nothing is impossible.   And so He is grieved when we fail to believe in Him.
Heb 11:6 KJV But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.    God rewards us when we diligently seek Him.   That requires a commitment.   To really know and believe we must diligently seek Him and then God will reward us.   Then we will be able to declare by faith the things that we need, that Jesus has already done on the cross.
Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice that allows us to become like you (
1Jn 4:17 KJV Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. )   and declare your will and victory over all the powers of darkness.   To God be the glory and honor and power.  Amen

Psa 112:7 KJV He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.

We all experience evil times. It’s only by fixing our eyes on God; what He has promised us; that we will go through the trial. Too many believers are focusing on the trial instead of God. The year 2020 brought a lot of fear into people’s life. Most were focusing on the virus instead of God’s word and His promises. Our heart must be fixed on God’s promises for us. These promises are ” in Christ Jesus “. He fulfilled these promises by His sacrifice on the cross. We have a choice, either believe in what your flesh speaks to you or what the spiritual promises of God speaks to your heart. We must be like Abraham : Rom 4:17 NHEB As it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations.” This is in the presence of him whom he believed: God, who gives life to the dead, and calls the things that are not, as though they were.
Dear Jesus ! When we look to you, we are reminded of your great sacrifice for us. You have revealed your great love and how there is nothing that you wouldn’t do for us to give us abounding life and Peace. You said in : Psa 91:9-10 NHEB 9 Because you have made the LORD your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, 10 no evil shall overtake you; no plague shall come near your dwelling. You are our dwelling place, our refuge. You are our Peace , we shall not fear. Glory be to God ! SHALOM2U

Psa 136:1 KJV O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
Mercy, Mercy, Mercy :  I love that word.  Justice is getting what we deserve but mercy is getting what we dont deserve.   This is what Jesus can to do for us.   Jesus is grace.   we receive His grace by faith.   we must know, believe, and declare by faith all that He has done through His sacrifice.   Mercy is one of those great and precious promises..

Dear Jesus !   we thank you for your good news.   Your word here tells us of your great mercy.   We thank you and praise you for your mercy that endures for ever.    Thankk you for your love and peace.   Amen
   Shalom2u

Psa 138:3 KJV In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.

It’s all about crying out to the Lord for help and strength. We were never meant to be righteous in our own strength but righteous because of what Jesus has done for us. We receive righteousness by faith in Jesus. Know it, believe it, declare it and the Holy Spirit will quicken ( make it come alive in your life.
Dear Jesus. 0nly you can make me righteous. I tried many times to be righteous. I tried keeping your commandments but always failed. I ask you now to come into my heart and save me. I receive your righteousness by faith in you Jesus. Thank you for giving me peace and joy because of you sacrifice. Amen
SHALOM2U

Psa 139:24 KJV And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

“Lead me in the way of everlasting “
This is why we need Jesus. We are like sheep that can easily get lost and get into trouble. When we dwell with the ” Good Shepherd ” ; He leads us, guides us, protect and feeds us “

Dear Jesus! Your are truly my Good Shepherd. I commit my life into your savings hands. Thank you for taking care of me like a Good Shepherd. Thank you for giving me love, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Amen!
