The New Covenant or New Testament is what God promises to do for us, if we believe in Him. We really have nothing to offer God except faith. God’s Covenant with man is a Heavenly Exchange. God offers us everything we need or want ( Psalm23). Man has nothing to offer to God. All things that we have came from God. Even faith is a gift from God.
What does God want from us, for all that He has given us.? He wants us to know, believe and declare; what He has given us. To really acknowledge that He is God. When we praise other people and things more than God, we are not treating God as God. God considers this ” Idolatry “. This is the main cause for a lot ( not all ) of the bad thing that happens in the world. By doing this, we leave God’s protection and care. This opens the door for the devil to do his destructive work. Joh 10:10 NET The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come so that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.
The Father sent Jesus to save not to condemn. Joh 3:17 NET For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through him. Jesus name means ” Jehovah saves “. This is what the New Testament is about. Unfortunately it is presented more by our works, instead of our faith in Jesus to do the work in us. This is what ” grace ” does. By our declaring our righteousness is from Jesus by faith, the Holy Spirit then ” quicken ” what we speak by faith.
2Co 5:21 NET God made the one who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we would become the righteousness of God. Joh 6:63 NET The Spirit is the one who gives life; human nature is of no help! The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. We believe, we declare and the Holy Spirit quicken makes it come alive in our hearts to obey. This is how Jesus lives in us by faith.
1Jn 4:9 NET By this the love of God is revealed in us: that God has sent his one and only Son into the world so that we may live through him.
Isn’t this ” good news ” the Gospel, the New Covenant. By spending time with Jesus: through praise, worship and Thanksgiving and communion with Him in the word; we received the grace that saves us. Note: the word ” save ” applies to the whole man: body, soul and spirit. God does everything way above what we can think or reason with our natural senses.
Dear Jesus! We are in awe of your great sacrifice to redeem us from the curse of the law and the power of the devil. When we come to you, help us Lord to grow in faith, so that we can trust and believe in you, who does the works in us. To God be the glory, now and forever Amen ! Www.Shalom2u.org
Mat 25:12 WEB But he answered, ‘Most certainly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
These are frightening words: “I don’t know you! ” That’s why we need a personal relationship with Jesus. Coming to Him daily in praise and worship and Thanksgiving. This is the oil that will keep our lamps burning. These things help our light to shine. You can only get the fullness of love, joy and peace from the one who overflows with it. Col 2:10 KJV And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Mat 1:21 KJV And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
JESUS SAVES: this is the good news ” The GOSPEL “. The too good to be true good news. Man finds it hard to believe and unfortunately too many churches are preaching the law instead of the GOSPEL- Good News. Too many Christians are trying to save themselves. They want to keep the law. They want to obey the law; but without Jesus doing it, it can’t be done. It will only produce ” self righteousness “. When we receive Jesus into our hearts, He comes in to save us. By faith not works, we believe and declare who we are ” in Christ Jesus “. We declare by faith that we are righteous in Christ Jesus. He then produces the gift of righteousness in our lives. This is how Jesus saves. When He does the work, we have peace-Shalom and the fullness of joy.
Dear Jesus. Thank you for doing what I could not do. I am righteous in you because you came into my life and saved me. I thank you for the peace that passes understanding and unspeakable joy. Amen
Mat 4:10 KJV Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Here Jesus is quoting : Deu.6:13 KJV Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name. The old testament says ” fear ” but Jesus says “worship “.
The Father gave us His son Jesus so that we would love Him and not fear Him : For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. The bible goes on and says that perfect love cast out all fear . It also says that we love Him because He first loved us.
Psa 34:7 KJV The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. Here again we see the word ” fear ” but God wants us to love and worship Him. People fear dictators; they don’t love them. God wants us to love Him.
Heavenly Father: we thank you for giving us your Son. There is no greater love than that. Forgive me for not fully appreciating your priceless give. I give you all glory and honor for there is no greater love than yours: Glory to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen. Shalom2u
EVERYONE KNOWS ” THE OUR FATHER ” PRAYER. THY WILL BE DONE. THY KINGDOM COME ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. UNFORTUNATELY, THE CHURCH HAS MADE A RELIGION OUT OF IT. INSTEAD OF THY WILL BE DONE; IT’S ” IF IT BE THY WILL ” . JESUS DIDN’T GO AROUND AND KEPT ASKING THE FATHER, IF IT BE THY WILL. NO, JESUS KNEW THE WILL OF THE FATHER AND HE SHOWED US HIS WILL THROUGHOUT HIS MINISTRY. GOD’S WILL IS ALWAYS GOOD. THE DEVIL’S WILL IS ALWAYS BAD. Joh 10:10 KJV The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. JESUS WAS ABLE TO DO THE WILL OF THE FATHER BECAUSE HE PUT THE FATHER FIRST PLACE IN HIS HEART. THIS IS NOT EASY TO DO. WE HAVE MANY DISTRACTIONS IN LIFE THAT KEEP US FROM PUTTING GOD FIRST IN OUR LIVES. WE BELIEVE IN GOD ; BUT WE PUT SO MANY OTHER THINGS FIRST IN OUR LIVES. MAYBE THAT’S OUR REAL ” CROSS ” IN LIFE. Mat 6:33 KJV But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. A GOOD WAY TO DO THIS IS BY ” MEDITATING ” ON GOD’S WORD AND TALK TO HIM ABOUT IT. THIS GIVES HIM HONOR AND IN RETURN YOU WILL BE BLESSED.

IT’S NOT EASY FINDING AND LIVING IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD. FIRST WE HAVE TO BE ” BORN AGAIN ” TO ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD. THAT’S OUR FIRST ACT WHICH REQUIRES FAITH AND BELIEF IN GOD. A LOT ENTER BUT FAIL TO GROW BECAUSE EVERYTHING IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD REQUIRES FAITH. AS PAUL TOLD THE GALATIANS : Gal 3:3 NET Are you so foolish? Although you began with the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by human effort? EVERYTHING IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD STARTS IN THE SUPERNATURAL AND THEN IT BECOMES REAL IN THE NATURAL. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE TAUGHT TO BE RIGHTEOUS IN THE NATURAL. WE TRY BY OUR OWN HUMAN NATURE TO LIVE RIGHTEOUSLY. WE CAN DO A PRETTY GOOD JOB BUT NEVER MEET GOD’S STANDARDS. Phi 3:9 KJV And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: THAT IS WHY JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS. 2Co 5:21 KJV For he ( GOD ) hath made him ( JESUS ) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. RIGHTEOUSNESS IS GOD’S GIFT TO US , HIS GRACE THAT WE RECEIVE BY FAITH IN JESUS ( NOT OURSELVES : THAT’S SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS ). IT’S ALL BY FAITH; DECLARING JESUS’S POWER AND AUTHORITY OVER THE ENEMY- SATAN’S KINGDOM. DECLARING JESUS’S GRACE, LOVE AND MERCY ON ALL, ESPECIALLY THE LOST.

Mat 9:2 KJV And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.
NOTE : ” seeing their faith ” : it wasn’t the man’s faith but their faith. Isn’t it wonderful that we can intercede for others.
” your sins are forgiven “. They brought the man to Jesus ( Jehovah SAVES) and the man’s sins are forgiven. We’re not sure if he came to be forgiven, but Jesus forgave his sins anyway. God does things exceedingly, abundantly above what we can think or ask. The word ” save ” is ” sozo ” in Greek. It means save body, soul, and spirit: the whole man.

JESUS JUST GOT DONE TALKING ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF THE WORDS ONE SPEAKS. HE ALSO TALKED ABOUT THE WORDS THAT YOU RECEIVE THAT GOES DOWN INTO YOUR HEART AND OUT OF YOUR MOUTH. Mat 27:46 NHEB Then at about three in the afternoon Jesus called out with a loud voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” That is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
When we contemplate the crucifixion of Jesus; we probably wonder what was the worst part? I used to think that it was the wiping. There was hardly any flesh left on His back. Every part of the crucifixion was brutal. I now come to believe that this part was the hardest for Jesus to endure: being forsaken. Jesus had always been with the Father. They were never separated. We can only imagine ( but someday will experience) this intimacy. Everything that Jesus did was through their relationship together. As a human being, He was able to live as a Divine being. Now Jesus takes our sins and loses this oneness with the Father.
Dear Jesus! Forgive us for the many times that we took your sacrifice for granted. We come to you, Lord Jesus. Our desire is to grow in you. To be one with you as you are with the Father. To be able to be partakers of the divine nature and therefore live like you. Your desire is that we would also go about proclaiming the Kingdom of God. SINCE JESUS NEEDED HELP TO CARRY THE CROSS, SO DO WE. TOO OFTEN WE THINK THAT THE CROSS WE ARE FACING IS MEANT TO BE CARRIED ALONE. NOT AT ALL JESUS TOLD US: Mat 11:28-30 KJV 28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
DEAR JESUS! WHEN YOU CARRIED THE CROSS, IT WAS A HEAVY BURDEN. THE SINS OF ALL MANKIND WERE ON YOUR SHOULDERS. NOT ONLY OUR SINS, BUT EVERY EVIL IN THE WORLD. Luk 6:20 KJV And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
Throughout the Bible, God’s word declares that He wants to bless us. That not being poor is a blessing. Psa 35:27 KJV Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. So why does He now say ” bless are the poor “. I believe that Jesus is talking about a person who is poor in spirit: humble. A proud person won’t receive from God but a humble person will. A humble person knows that they need God in their lives. A humble person will show God honor and respect. A humble person will give God the glory and not themselves.
Dear Heavenly Father! Thank you for your son, who makes it possible for us to become your children. We acknowledge you as our Father. We are humbled by all your efforts and sacrifice to make this happen. We truly don’t deserve such great love but as the Psalmist declares: Psa 63:3 KJV Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Luk 7:50 NHEB He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”
This woman had a problem. It really doesn’t matter what her problem was but the previous verses indicated that she was a great sinner. What she needed was peace/ SHALOM. I believe that the path to peace/ SHALOM is this
JESUS+GRACE+FAITH=SHALOM/ PEACE. We have all 3 ingredients here: Jesus who is the source of grace ( grace: unmerited favor )(Tit 2:11 NHEB For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people, ) She had faith in Jesus to receive salvation ( save: (from injury or peril) to save a suffering one (from perishing), i.e. one suffering from disease, to make well, heal, restore to health , to preserve one who is in danger of destruction, to save or rescue ) These 3 things: Jesus +grace +faith results in peace. Peace is what she received by believing in Jesus. It didn’t matter how good or bad she was. Grace is unmerited favor only received by faith in Jesus. SHALOM/ PEACE is complete peace. We have peace with God, peace with ourselves and with others. It effects our body, soul and spirit just like ” save “( sozo) effects our body, soul and spirit.
Dear Jesus! You ask so little but you are willing to give so much. We come to you as we are ( Billy Graham ) and you give us everything. It’s all about you. Luk 8:1 NHEB It happened soon afterwards, that he went about through cities and villages, proclaiming and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God. With him were the twelve,
Jesus went about proclaiming ” good news “, the Kingdom of God is here. Not everyone received this “Good News “. Not everyone believed and understood this ” Good News “. After all, with their natural eyes they saw lack, sickness, and bondage. With their natural ears, they heard a lot of bad news. With their natural mind, they couldn’t perceive that the Kingdom of God was here. Only those that follow Him, were able to experience the Kingdom of God. It’s the same today. We need to follow Jesus. Going to church is good but it should lead us to have our own personal relationship with Jesus. Meditating on the ” Good News ” helps do that. Ask the Holy Spirit ( our helper ) for understanding. As we continue in the Word, we’ll abide in Him more and more. We’ll be able to see with our spiritual eyes, the Kingdom of God.
Dear Jesus! Thank you for leaving your heavenly Kingdom and bringing the Kingdom of God down here. You left us with your power and authority to defeat the kingdom of darkness. Live through us Lord so that the Kingdom of God would overcome the kingdom of darkness. We declare that the Kingdom of God reigns. To God be the glory Amen! Www.Shalom2u.org
Luk 9:2 NHEB He sent them forth to proclaim the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
Everyone is concerned about keeping the law, even though we are not under the law but grace. God grace helps us keep the Law. The things that Jesus does command us to do aren’t brought up and displayed in the church. IS THIS NOT WHAT WE SHOULD BE DOING TODAY?
Mar 16:17-20 WEB 17 These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” 19 So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. 20 They went out, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.
Dear Jesus ! Your ways are far above our ways and your thoughts far above our thoughts. Help us follow your plan. Again Holy Spirit, we need your help. Fill us with your presence as we proclaim the Kingdom of God is here. Luk 10:27 NHEB He answered, “You are to love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
This sums up all the commandments. It’s a herculean task. We fail at it way to often. This is what Jesus came to help us to do. It’s only by receiving His love and grace can we come close to this goal. As we abide in Him and focus on how much He loves us; then His love will come out of our heart to love God and our neighbor more.
Dear Jesus ! You are the ” Tree of Life “. You are ” the bread of life “. From you, we receive all that we need: love, peace, joy,patience, kindness, goodness and faithfulness. It gives us great joy in being able to pass these things back to you and to our neighbors. There is no better life than the one that we receive from you. Glory be to God Amen! Www.Shalom2u.org
Luk 10:41-42 NHEB 41 But the Lord answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, 42 but one thing is needed. Mary has chosen the good part, which will not be taken away from her.”
In our Christian journey, we hear a lot about what we should do and not do. We’re always reminded of : Jas 2:17 KJV Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. This is true but our work requires faith. Mary chose the better part. She abides in Jesus; the author and finisher of our faith. Here’s what Jesus said about works: Joh 6:29 NHEB Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.” Abiding in Jesus will give you the faith and grace to work through Him. Eph 2:10 NHEB For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.
Dear Jesus! Without you, we can do nothing. We rely on you, our Good Shepherd to lead and guide us. You are the head of the body; may your Kingdom come and your will be done in our lives. To God be the glory Amen! Www.Shalom2u.org
Luk 11:28 NHEB But he said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.”
Keep it: don’t forget, keep it in your heart. Don’t allow the thief to steal it. Proclaim it until it bears fruit. This is where “patience ” comes in. It’s a spiritual battle. The devil and the flesh will war against the Spirit: the word of God. Jesus spent the first 30 years of His life preparing for the battles that He would face proclaiming the Kingdom of God. As a human being, He was much stronger in faith than we are. We need to take those baby steps of faith and eventually will mature in the faith.
Dear Jesus! You showed us how your relationship with the Father enable you to trust in Him. You are the author and finisher of our faith. We shall continue to abide in you. You are the way, the truth, and the life . In you is the fullness of life, love, joy, and peace. Glory be to God Amen! www.Shalom2u.org
Luk 12:32 NHEB Do not be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Our God is a giver. As stated here it is His good pleasure to give. God wants us to be like Him: a good giver. He blesses us with talents so that we can provide for our self and family; but also to bless others for His honor and glory. I see a lot of wealthy people that seem to believe that it was all their doing that got them where they are today. The fact is, they are being faithful in using their ” God given talents “. We honor God when we acknowledge Him and bless others in His name. There are a lot of poor people. God wants to bless all His children. Remember the verse says ” Father “. So it’s important to receive Jesus so that God will be our Father. God will give. God will bless. It’s up to us to be faithful with the talents that He gives us. Some are lazy, unbelieving, and unthankful. God can’t bless them but He does want to. Our part is to be a blessing to others so that others can see the goodness of God.
Dear Jesus ! Your sacrifice has blessed us in so many ways. Even before we came to you; you had been blessing us. We pray that you continue to work in us so that others would be blessed and you would be glorified. To God be the glory Amen! Www.Shalom2u.org
Luk 13:3 NHEB I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all perish in the same way.
Repent: to change one’s mind,
God wants us to repent: to change our minds about what is right and what is wrong. There are many in the world today that don’t care what God thinks is right or wrong. They believe that they can do whatever they want and That’s it. They need to repent: change their mind. Unfortunately the church seems to think that repentance is ” you ” stop doing these sinful acts. This sounds right and good but it’s religious. Being religious is different than having a personal relationship with God. God’s way is for us to come to Him. Admitting that we are doing wrong and that we need Jesus to save us. This is where faith in Jesus comes in. Jesus does come to save us but we have to declare it by faith before we see it come to pass in the flesh. I keep on praising, worshiping, thanking Him for all that I am : through Him working in me. 1Jn 4:9 NHEB By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. We are ” righteous ” only by faith in receiving God’s gift of righteousness. 2Co 5:21 NHEB For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
Dear Jesus! We will continue to praise, worship,and give you thanks for you working in us. We declare that we are righteous because of your sacrifice and your presence in us. To God be the glory Amen!
Luk 15:1 NHEB Now all the tax collectors and sinners were coming close to him to hear him.
Jesus knew how to draw the sinners to Him. Only the self righteous would not go near Him. The self righteous tried to trap and persecute Him. We must be like Jesus; telling the good news. It’s the Holy Spirit’s job to convict. Joh 16:8 KJV And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: The Good News is all about Jesus saving us by His grace through faith in Him. He really does the saving! His grace changes us from the inside out. We receive His grace when we know, believe and declare who we are in Him.

THE STORY OF THE PRODIGAL SON IS A BEAUTIFUL STORY AND IT’S OUR STORY WHEN WE REPENT AND COME BACK TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. THAT’S ALL THE FATHER WANTS; TO SEE THAT OUR WAYS ARE WRONG AND COME BACK TO HIM. WHEN THE SON DID REPENT; THE FATHER RUSHED TO GREET HIS SON WITH OPEN ARMS AND FULLY RESTORED HIM BACK TO HIS INHERITANCE AS HIS SON. NOTE : THE FATHER LET THE SON GO, SO THAT THE SON WOULD SEE AND EXPERIENCE THE LOVE OF THE FATHER. THIS IS EVERY CHILD OF GOD STORY. I KNOW THAT IT’S MY STORY. GOD DOESN’T CARE ABOUT OUR SINS; HE TOOK CARE OF THAT BY SACRIFICING HIS SON. THE FATHER JUST WANTED US TO SEE AND BELIEVE HOW MUCH HE LOVE US. JESUS TAKES CARE OF OUR SINS WHEN WE BELIEVE IN HIM. REMEMBER, JESUS CAME TO SAVE US ; WE CAN’T SAVE OURSELVES. NOW WE ARE RESTORED AS A CHILD OF GOD. THIS WAS GOD’S ORIGINAL PLAN FROM THE BEGINNING OF CREATION. WHEN JESUS DIED, HE TOOK BACK WHAT THE DEVIL HAD STOLEN FROM ADAM. THERE STILL IS FREE WILL FOR EVERYONE AND SO ONE CAN STILL CHOOSE TO ALLOW SATIN TO HAVE CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES. BUT THE BELIEVER IS IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HAS POWER AND AUTHORITY ( WHICH UNFORTUNATELY MANY DON’T USE ) TO DEFEAT THE DEVIL. Heb 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Rom 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. ( SUFFER FOR THE WORD SAKE )
Heb 9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
1Pe 1:4 KJV To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, NOTE : In v3 , Peter is talking about our ” born again ” man as a seed. This seed is incorruptible and undefiled: always pure. It can not fade away. It will always be with us. He is talking about our ” born again ” man. It’s a seed. It needs to grow. Some ” born again ” Christian don’t seem to grow at all or very little. Others grow 30, 60, 100 fold. It’s depends on how much they care for that incorruptible seed. The more we know who we are, believe who we are, and declare who we are ” In Christ ” . The more that seed will grow and we will be more like Jesus, living like Him on the outside. This is why some Christians act more like Jesus than others.
ONE OF THE BEST THINGS THAT WE INHERITED WAS ABLE TO BECOME A CHILD OF GOD. Joh 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Heb 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
Isa 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. ( BY USING ” THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT ” , WE CAN CONDEMN THE DARKNESS THAT COMES AGAINST US )

Act 20:32 KJV And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. Luk 17:21 WEB neither will they say, ‘Look, here!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ for behold, God’s Kingdom is within you.”
Jesus said that He brought the Kingdom of God and when He was crucified, He declared it is finished. Jesus succeeded in bringing the Kingdom of God here on earth. Why do we then see so much darkness in the world? Mankind still has a free choice. It’s up to believers to declare the kingdom of God and overcome the kingdom of darkness. Declaring the Good News to others helps but using our authority to defeat the enemy is needed. The Kingdom of God is within You . Most Christians go around seeing this darkness but don’t do anything themselves to overcome it. We ask God to do something but Jesus has already done His part. He commanded us to do it. Mat 10:7-8 KJV 7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. I know that it takes a lot of faith but we got to start trying. Take some “baby steps “. Where you see darkness declare ” light be in Jesus name “. If someone is suffering in any way, declare ” Shalom Peace to you “. Do it over pictures of your family, if you can’t do it in person. Declare Shalom/ Peace wherever you go. You don’t have to shout like a mad man. Just in a soft voice, speak the Kingdom of God is here, In Jesus name. Do your part in overthrowing the kingdom of darkness.
Dear Jesus! Your name is above all names. All power and authority belongs to you. We will go forward declaring the Kingdom of God,declaring your name . Luk 20:18 WEB Everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces, but it will crush whomever it falls on to dust.”
The person who falls upon the stone is one who humbles oneself to Jesus. Blessed are the meek ( humble) for they shall inherit the earth.
On the other hand, the proud that don’t humble themselves. The stone will crush that one.
Thank God that He is so patient with us. All should bow down to their creator, their saving and loving God.
Dear Jesus! We humbly bow down to you. Without you, we would never exist. You are the one that gives us life. You have destroyed the power of darkness. When we partake of Holy Communion, are we too focused on what Jesus has done or are we too focused on what we have done? Many pastors tell us to focus on ourselves, our sins. Jesus tells us to focus on Him. Our faith must be focused on what Jesus did. The flesh will tell us that He didn’t make us righteous because we had sin. Believing in what the flesh says is not faith. We are a new creation “in Christ Jesus “. We are righteous “in Christ Jesus “. Know, believe, and declare these things and then you are doing in remembrance of Jesus. Now if you had sin “in the flesh ” ( old man) ,which we all do; one might confess that the old man is acting unrighteous but the blood of Jesus has cleanse me from all unrighteousness. God’s ways are higher than our ways; so it is difficult to understand. It defies logic; but that’s what faith does. Focus on who you are “in Christ Jesus ” and the new man will grow into the image of Christ. The old man will die.

Herod wanted to release Jesus because He was innocent. But the crowd wouldn’t allow it. Here we see one of the many ” Heavenly Exchanges ” resulting from Jesus’ sacrifice. Jesus the innocent one is held unjustly captive while the guilty one is set free.

Luk 23:26 WEB When they led him away, they grabbed one Simon of Cyrene, coming from the country, and laid the cross on him to carry it after Jesus.
Jesus needed help to carry the cross. Jesus helps us to carry our cross in life. After all the physical and mental abuse that Jesus had already suffered; He had to carry His own cross. He needed help and so do we. Never try to carry your cross alone. It’s only false humility and pride. By faith in Jesus, He will help us carry our cross. Take those great and precious promises of God that deals with the burden that you are going through. Believing in these promises is how Jesus carries our cross to where it no longer becomes a burden.

Luk 24:6 WEB He isn’t here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee,
Hallelujah! ” He is risen “. To us that believe, these words mean so much. They bring us great joy and peace. Actions speak louder than words. The fact that He has risen makes all His words paramount. We now understand that with God, nothing is impossible. We understand that Jesus came to die in order to save us. He forsaken everything that He had in His Heavenly Kingdom; so that we would experience the Kingdom of God here on earth and eventually the Kingdom of Heaven.

Jesus’ disciples had a hard time believing what Jesus said. Even after seeing so many miracles; they still had a hard time believing. No doubt about it, it’s hard to believe until we see it. That’s why we don’t experience all that the LORD has done for us. God has all this grace ( undeserved favor) that He wants to freely give to us. Faith is the catalyst to receive grace. Jesus did it all on the cross. The prophets declared it before Jesus did it. Now it’s up to us: Heb 10:23 KJV Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) Believe all that the prophets had declared. Check out Psalm 103.
Dear Jesus! Your ways are higher than our ways. All that you did is exceedingly above all we can think. It’s like a sweet dream. Lord the more that we abide in You; the more you wake us up and reveal your great and precious promises. We will not let your sacrifice go to no avail. Joh 1:1 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Everything begins with “The Word ” – Jesus. Light came into existence when the word was spoken. It’s that way with us. We all start in a dark world. There is some darkness in our soul but when we receive “The Word ” into our hearts; then it becomes brighter and brighter. The more we abide in Him, the more HIS light will shine in our lives.
Dear Jesus! When you bless us with your grace, your light shines through us. It is a great blessing to be able to share your light to others. The world seems to be getting darker and darker. I believe that you are going to bring your presence into our lives that will cause the darkness to disappear and your glory will cover the earth. Again we declare: “light be”. Joh 1:12 NHEB But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God’s children, to those who believe in his name,
Everyone wants to be famous. Everyone wants to be a super hero. It’s nice to be recognized; to be noticed, to be honored etc.. Here we are given that opportunity to be someone special. Except for being God, there is no one that can come close to be a super being. Becoming a child of God is way above what anyone can fathom. It’s better than being Superman and yet God is given each one of us that opportunity to be His child. It’s one of the many ways that God reveals His great love for us. There are only 2 conditions to become a child of God. First it says ” believe in His name “. This may sound simple but there is a little depth into it. Many believe in the name of Jesus but only in a superficial way. Many don’t know fully what the name means. Jesus: Jehovah saves, Jehovah is salvation. We know that in a general way but the word” saves ” means much more in Hebrew. Salvation isn’t limited to ones soul or spirit but the whole man: body, soul, and spirit. God does everything completely, wholeheartedly. He does it all. Our part is to believe. This belief requires a continual relationship with Jesus the savior. Many receive by faith but then they go back trying to make themselves righteous by trying to keep the law. No ! It’s not our works but faith in Jesus to do it. When we abide ” in Him “, He does the saving. He is the ” tree of Life “. We constantly feed on Him declaring who we are” in Him “. 1Jn 4:17 NHEB In this love has been made perfect among us, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as he is, even so are we in this world. Our righteousness is from faith in Him. 2Co 5:21 NHEB For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. This is the Good News, the Gospel. So when we sin, we confess that we, the born again man, is righteous because we are” in Christ “. Jesus will continue to change us into His image as we seek Him as our savior. Put to death the old man by believing and declaring the new man, the born again man. The born again man is your born again spirit man. Your soul has to be renewed and this is done by declaring who you are ” in Christ Jesus “. Then the Holy Spirit quickens the body to live.more like the born again man.

JESUS is the one that saves and HE is the one that ” takes away ” our sins. ” In Christ ” we are no longer sinners but righteous in HIM. We are a new creation. The old man is dead. It’s all about faith in Jesus. Knowing who He is but also what He has done for us, after we come to Him to save us. Believing that Jesus really saves us is a battle. Gal 5:17 NHEB For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire. The flesh will tell you that you are a sinner. The Spirit will tell you that you are a new creation in Christ Jesus. In Christ Jesus, we are like Him. 1Jn 4:17 NHEB In this love has been made perfect among us, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as he is, even so are we in this world. The flesh says we are not but the Spirit says we are. When we know, believe, and declare Jesus in us;that we are righteous ” in Christ “. Then we will start to become like Him in the flesh. Saying that we are a no good sinner is saying that Jesus didn’t save you. We deny what Jesus wants to do in you. You have to believe first, then it happens. That’s how faith and grace works. Don’t let the flesh ( mind, will & emotions ) tell you who you are. Let God’s word richly abound in you. Col 1:27 NHEB to them God was pleased to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the non-Jews, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory;
Dear Jesus! We are in awe of your love, faithfulness, wisdom, mercy and power. Your ways are far above our ways. You want us to believe in you, not what our flesh says. Joh 2:11 KJV This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed in him.
Without miracles, there isn’t much glory. The church is supposed to display miracles. The disciples of Jesus did: Mar 16:20 They went out, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. There are some doing it today ( check out Todd White on YouTube) but you don’t see it in the main churches. It’s coming! When we see those “great and precious promises ” of God being manifested; then God’s glory will be magnified and the church will increase.
Dear Jesus! You left us with a difficult command to fulfill. All these things are impossible for us to do. We call upon you Lord Jesus Christ and your Holy Spirit to dwell mightily in us and upon us. Let your glory fall as we continue to declare: we command the blind to see, deaf to hear, lame walk, lepers cleanse and the captives set free. In Jesus name Amen. Most Christians seem to go through life saying who they are in the natural. This only makes us live naturally. We are a “New Creation ” in Christ Jesus. Dear Jesus! You fill us with so much love, joy and peace; living in us. As your ways are above our ways; we can now live in Divine Nature. Dear Jesus! You showed us how to live in the Spirit. You showed us how to defeat the giants, move mountains and calm the storm in our lives. John 5:2 WEB Now in Jerusalem by the sheep gate, there is a pool, which is called in Hebrew, “Bethesda”, having five porches.
Here we see a snapshot of God’s plan of salvation. Jerusalem: the heavenly city. Sheep gate: the way the sheep must go through. Bethesda: House of mercy. Five porches: five represents GRACE and porches are places of covering. Pool: a place to be cleanse.

I KNEW THIS SCRIPTURE. I WOULD QUOTE IT MANY TIMES; YET I WASN’T SET FREE. HERE I AM STILL IN BONDAGE TO SIN. I BELIEVED THAT JESUS WAS MY SAVIOR, YET I STILL WASN’T SET FREE. WHAT WAS I MISSING? IT SEEM THAT I WAS STILL TRYING TO SAVE MYSELF BY MY OWN EFFORTS. THIS IS WHAT THE CHURCH HAS BEEN TEACHING ME ALL ( LIKE 60 YEARS ) THESE YEARS. FINALLY , I TOLD THE LORD THAT I NEEDED HIS HELP. THEN HE LED ME TO THE PATH OF GRACE. TRYING TO SAVE ONESELF IS NOT FAITH AND IT’S NOT GRACE. IT’S ONLY SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS. WHEN JESUS SAVES YOU BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH IN HIM ; THEN IT’S HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS.
IT’S ABOUT BELIEVING : 2Co 5:21 NHEB For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. WE HAVE TO SEE AND BELIEVE THAT WE ARE ” IN HIM “. THIS STARTS BY TELLING THE LORD THAT WE ARE A SINNER AND ASK HIM TO COME INTO OUR HEART AND SAVE US. THEN ACTUALLY BELIEVE THAT JESUS DID AND DOES SAVE US. NOW WE NO LONGER LOOK AT OUR FLESH TO TELL US IF WE ARE RIGHTEOUS OR NOT. BY FAITH, WE KNOW, BELIEVE, AND DECLARE HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS IN US. THIS IS FAITH ” IN JESUS “. WHEN WE DO SIN, WE DECLARE THAT IT’S THE OLD MAN NOT THE NEW MAN. BEING ” BORN AGAIN ” MEANS THAT YOU HAVE BECOME A NEW CREATION IN CHRIST JESUS. THIS IS WHAT WE CONFESS: ALL WHAT WE ARE IN HIM. WE KEEP DECLARING OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS IN HIM AND THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL “QUICKEN ” ( GIVE LIFE TO, GIVE BIRTH TO, BEAR FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS) IN OUR MORTAL ( FLESH) BODIES.

Joh 10:10 KJV The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Who is the thief? It seems so obvious that it’s the devil but in the world; it’s always God that gets the blame. We call it ” acts of God “. But hear we can clearly see that it’s the devil. God gets blame for almost everything and yet it’s the devil doing it all. Instead of praising God for all He has created; we praise the creation instead of the God, the Creator. This allows the devil to do all his destructive work ( tornadoes , floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, sickness and disease) and put the blame on God. The devil is a master deceiver. He talked Adam and Eve into not believing in God and he is doing the same to us. The only way for us to fight against these tragedies in our life is to believe in God. Believe that God wants the best for you. He’s for you not against you. It takes faith. It takes knowing God, knowing His ways, knowing His promises. An example would be knowing PSALM 91. There are many promises in that Psalm. I call it preventive medicine. If we believe and declare these promises; we would see less evil in our lives. Faith is the opposite of fear. It’s only natural to fear certain things but if you can get those promises down into your heart, you will have faith to believe and not fear. Meditating on Jesus and all that He did for us on the cross will help us grow in faith and not fear.
Dear Jesus. We keep our eyes on you. You are the author and finisher of our faith. You are love. So we focus on your love knowing: 1Jn 4:18 KJV There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER ! OH HOW CAN WE EVER PRAISE YOU ENOUGH. ALL HONOR AND GLORY BELONGS TO YOU. YOU HAVE BLESSED US WITH THE HONOR OF ALL HONORS. ONE TRIES ALL THEIR LIFE TO RECEIVE HONOR, A MEDAL, A PLAQUE; THAT WILL FADE AWAY IN TIME. YOU HONOR US BY OUR BELIEVING IN YOU. A GOD THAT WOULD DO ANYTHING TO PROVE HIS LOVE FOR HIS CHILDREN. There is a lot of fear in the world but it shouldn’t be for Christians. It true that a lot of fearful things happen in the world but Luk 8:48 KJV And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace. This woman was troubled for many years but when she believed in the Prince of Peace ( Jehovah Shalom) she touched Him by faith and received her peace. Her whole being was at peace: body, soul and spirit. She received her healing but much more . This is what Jesus wants to do for us. What ever the storm in life is causing you to be fearful; you must focus on Jesus and not the storm. The more we abide in Him, we will receive faith to believe and He will cast our fears away.

Joh 16:33 KJV These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY EXCEEDINGLY GREAT AND PRECIOUS PROMISES OF GOD. HE WANTS US TO HAVE PEACE DURING ANY STORM IN LIFE. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS REQUIRES FAITH AND THAT’S THE HARD PART. IT REALLY TAKES A STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE TO PUT YOUR TRUST IN THEM. USUALLY ITS A PARENT OR A SPOUSE THAT GIVES YOU THAT MUCH CONFIDENCE. JESUS WANTS YOU TO HAVE THAT CONFIDENCE IN HIM. YOU ESTABLISH THAT CONFIDENCE BY SPENDING TIME WITH HIM. MEDITATING ON HIS LIFE GIVING WORDS HELPS US GROW IN FAITH AND LOVE FOR HIM. LEARNING ABOUT HOW MUCH HE SACRIFICED FOR US. HOW HE HAD COMPASSION THOSE WHO CAME TO HIM IN NEED. HIS POWER NOT TO HARM BUT HEAL THE SICK, RAISE THE DEAD AND SET THE CAPTIVES FREE. THE APOSTLES WERE WITH HIM ALL THIS TIME; BUT THEY STILL HAD A HARD TIME BELIEVING. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE; BUT SPENDING THE TIME IN HIS PRESENCE WILL RESULT IN GREAT REWARDS. AS STATED IN Heb 11:6 NHEB Now without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.
